Secondly, I listen to what your chief complaint is and use communication, my knowledge as well as my intuition to help you. I will do everything In my power to make sure you feel relief that lasts from the end of your session until several days to follow. You will feel comfortable with the fact that I have maturity and much life experience. My background includes restaurant management, owning a wedding cake business, high school teacher, as well as commission sales. I have been slowly transitioning into a career of massage therapy and am about 600 hours away from being registered. My massage style leans more towards relaxation, Swedish style which is long, flowing strokes, but I incorporate deep pressure, trigger point therapy and heat when needed, as well as some light stretching and joint mobilization. I am trained in Swedish, deep tissue, manual lymphatic drainage, trigger points, myofacial release, prenatal massage and more. The oils I use are coconut oil, grape seed oil and sweet almond oil. All Scent free and absorb beautifully leaving skin so soft and completely grease free. If you require a custom blend of oils, I do blend my own concoctions whether you prefer lavender for calming or Japanese mint for cooling etc. I also make my own body scrubs and am happy to enhance your session with a nice vanilla sugar scrub to the feet or back
I am located in a beautiful multi- business complex on the corner of Idylwyld and 34th street. My studio is upstairs with a private entrance. Parking is ample, with customer parking behind the building as well as parking on 34th. Need to get back into your suit after your lunch break massage and need a shower? I don’t have showers, but I do have a bathroom as well as hot steamy towels available in case there is any residual oil. **** Strict sanitation and cleaning procedures and protocol in effect. Surfaces such as all Door knobs, light switches, faucets and massage equipment including table are disinfected between clients for your safety. Currently not taking clients who have travelled internationally or present Flu- like symptoms.
