Beginning with your spine, I use very light gentle finger-tip touch to move healing energy from your spine out and down through the extremities of your entire temple/body. This is an oil free-massage which allows for uninhibited energy flow and I move through the healing at your body's pace through intuition developed over years of practice. At the sensual end of the relaxation spectrum, your massage is always customized to your comfort level - however I do recommend a full body treatment to ensure healing energy is moved through your entire Chakratic System giving you a most heightened level of relaxation – beyond perhaps anything you've ever experienced or thought possible.
This energy work (and light touch massage) not only take you to whole new level of relaxation but it also assists in letting go of self-judgment, being present in the moment, challenging societal norms and beliefs and expanding comfort zones. Our corner of the world tends to view nudity and sensuality as taboo and, at times, immoral - when in fact this should be celebrated and shared. As a society, some of our health issues are directly connected to this very issue.
Our bodies function as a whole and in order to encourage healing we must first ensure that our temple body is energetically balanced - this is why I take a full body approach. The medicine of tomorrow will be entirely energy based and given proper nutrition (diet, relationships & spirit) and touch our bodies are capable of healing from almost any injury.
