I create customized online zoom private yoga sessions with postures to actively decrease pain, heal, strengthen your body (sciatica , back, hamstrings, shoulders, glutes, increase flexibilty, insomnia)
We begin or end our session with meditation or breathing exercises to calm your spirit, re-center, and relieve the anxieties and nervous system.

Viva Yoga : Bring the life back into your body and begin your healing journey with yin yoga. What is Yin Yoga? slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time to increase done mostly on the floor and lying down.
Power Yoga : Vinyasa Flow and Core based sessions to build strength, stamina and flexibility
Feel Flow Yoga : Relaxed movement yoga to help women embody their feminine self, feel their heart center, and come into their feminine power.
All classes are suitable for beginner level. $45 for 60 min session Packages available.
