The rate for monthly use is $550.00 and includes full time reception, seating area, and on site parking. Also internet, telephone, heat electricity, hot water, weekly cleaning, laundry and linens, use of common office, storage space and snow removal for parking lot and walk way.
Hours of availability are: Tuesdays 3:00pm - end of day Wednesdays beginning of day - 3:00pm Thursdays 3:00pm - end of day Every other Friday Every weekend
