Unscented massage oil (or massage lotion) is heated and applied, which helps relax muscle tension and keeps your skin moist and healthy. Hand-held hot stones are applied by hand to melt away tension. Cupping that minimizes bruising and targets knots is also available. The session ends with a full-length steamed towel to remove extra oil and to warm you to the core. All at no extra cost.
A spa-like environment at my home studio encourages relaxation, as does an extra-wide massage table, low lighting, relaxing music played on surround sound, and an aromatherapy diffuser. Shower is available.
