According to the NOW ad (toronto.nowtoronto.com/BodyRubs/grand-opening-25-1-girl-40-2-girls-20/14680303) this is a new place. I live just up the street from there so I decided to walk by (but not in) today. Located on the SW corner of Eglinton and Bathurst, above the Scotiabank. Not listed on the tenant directory board in the stairwell entrance (on Bathurst). Other tenants included are Immigration consultants (large Filipino demographic in this area), a dental office, CPR Canada classroom, internet agency, etc.) Unit 7 presumably faces north (above Eglinton) and its windows are whited out. (Dental office was unit 6, the immigration place was unit 8. By the signs in the window, it was natural to assume the whited-out windows was unit 7).
No free parking nearby. Pay parking in the plaza lot and at Green P lots one block west of Bathurst on both sides of Eglinton. Hard to judge clientele due to the tenants in the building. I saw a young Asian girl leaving but its impossible to know if she works there or if she was getting her teeth cleaned.
