A question for MP Owners?

Seeing that we know the Owners names of the most popular MP I was thinking something? This one is for Kayla, Paul, Dina, Micron, Sharla, and all others. Why not post pictures of themselves on there Web pages so that in case we have a complaint,request or concern we will know who they are when we walk into these places. I know from experiance I was once treated really unfairly and asked to speak to the manager/owner and they fooled me by sending a MPA who was finished her shift to talk to me. The next time I returned I saw this MPA and she told me that the owner rarley comes in. So as for my complaint it was not heard and I have yet to return......

If they have a webpage, they obviously have an email addy. Why not send them an email instead to discuss your problem or even call them?

I can't answer you on the spot regarding posting picutes of our management team. However if you ever have any concerns you can email me at [email protected]. I am the only one who has access to and answers emails. Your concern will be dealt with directly through me a.s.a.p..
Also. Allure always has a manager on duty.

Dina i have never had a problem at your establishment as I rate it as # 1. Altough when I see yourself or Melissa I never now which one is which as I have never asked,as I assumed that it was either one of you two behind the counter . But from my experiance at another MP I have been scared they may trick me again.

Shiek I know they have email and I have emailed some MP at times but sometimes it is nice to know who you are sending emails to when you walk into there place of buisness.

For me.. while it's easy... I'm the only person who works @ HFH that is over 6' tall... and over 200lbs. I remember one poster said, 'I just don't feel comfortable with Big Bad Kayla walking the hallway while I'm in session'.. lol... The office is located at the front and anyone that you see sitting behind the desk is either my managers or myself. Because my bylaw states that an owner or licensed manager MUST be on the premises at all times, it is impossible for HFH to be open for business if we are not here.

The email form that is on the HFH web site, comes directly to myself so if you needed to speak to me privately you could do so through that form

All I can say is I have never had any problems at your establishments, and with responses this quick I know your customer service is second to none. Your MP's are a rare find and your input here on massageplanet.net is greatly appriciated. Thanks
