I would take that card with a grain of salt, the company name on the card doesn't seem to exist in Florida, @gmx is a free email service, and the phone number seems to be another guy.

Second of all, you are outing his name and photo and personal details, and you can't even mention the spa where it happened and what caused this incident?

Third, if this man physically assaulted a woman and you have his name/picture, you still shouldn't be posting all that here. You should be going to the police. And you said police haven't responded? What?

If you called the police, they would have arrived immediately and taken witness statements. And after giving them all that information, they would have immediately begun investigation. In fact, since you had all that information, we may have even heard about this incident on the news if police weren't able to locate the man.

So what do you mean the police haven't responded? And why use the wording "the incident was reported to Halton police"? You have to call the police for physical assault crime, they can't be "reported" online or something. You have to call 911. Unless by reported you meant police were called, then ignore this.

Lastly, this happened at V-One Wellness spa because this man "Michael" wrote a negative 1 star google review and with similar accusations from the owner. His side of story claims extortion, illegal worker being coerced and he seems to have been a regular, since he name dropped a few people including manager, receptionist, worker. He claims worker yelled at him , called him FAT (weird you also call him fat white man), and demanded tips. He was told to pay tips or leave , so he left. Apparently.

I am not affiliated with V-One wellness spa or this "Michael" man. Just trying to figure out what really happened....especially if he was a regular customer and then an incident like this happened....there must be more to this.

However, i don't think you should be posting his picture, name and details on public forum, It should only be going to halton police. That scares me from going to V-One Wellness spa. And I think that's the reason you didn't want to mention Spa name.

I think you are reading too much into it.
Sounds like it was reported to police, but this person made a post here about the incident because this is a board with a lot of spa owners, promoters and general workers that can be at the front desk and potentially come across him. Not a bad idea at all to post that information here if he was a shitty customer who was rough with a girl.

If you really want to be arm chair detective from the outside looking in, the only conclusion I can really come to is it sounds like someone who was upset that as a regular, he was not getting favorable rates for extra services. How was he as a man extorted by working girls since December? You just paid the rates everyone paid for extras. There's no way you get an MPA "screaming at the top of her lungs like a savage" if you acted like a normal person. I don't trust anyone who uses such hyperboloic rhetoric in describing an incident like the guy in the review, he's just trying to make himself look like a non-shit person

The police are only interested in domestic violence. General petty disputes seldom take action.

@Sajam Enjoyer , thanks for the input and I understand what you mean by posting information to warn the other spa owners, workers. But what if this claim is false? Would you like your photo and personal details posted? Especially since they did not provide any details about incident or what led to it. Don't you think including that information would also be very important if the poster wanted to warn other spa owners/workers?

Secondly, they said it happened 2 weeks ago and posted this information 2 weeks after the fact? What if he assaulted another person in these last 2 weeks?

Thirdly, this post was made when the google review was made or around that time. What if this post is to get vengeance for the 1 star review and other details listed in review?

Lastly, you say the man uses hyperbolic rhetoric in his review. And what about the poster? Poster also using somewhat hyperbolic rhetoric. "He is fat white man" "he is very dangerous, stay away and call police" "He has serious mental problems". Yet we have no clue about extent of injury or what happened. And if this was a regular customer, and had serious mental problems, and is so dangerous, why was nothing done sooner to protect the working girls? This makes it look even worse for the management.

@lionheart charley, i agree with you police definitely care more about domestic violence and will immediately press charges. But this is a physical assault in a public place , a man who assaulted girl at a business location. It's not a petty dispute at all. They would 100% dispatch 1 or 2 officers immediately to take witness statement. And if the statement + supporting evidence is good enough, they can also press charges immediately upon locating the man and issue a restraining order or no contact conditions.

1. I have no reason to believe its false and I would never be in a position like this (nor would any reasonable customer). Pay the rates, be nice to the workers and go about your day and you will never have to even imagine something like this happening to you.
2. If it was reported to police 2 weeks ago and nothing came of it, why wouldn't you then make a post to warn other spas?
3. That's a stretch, plenty of spas get 1 star reviews that don't even get acknowledged

Calling someone a fat white man isn't hyperbolic either, that's a pretty apt description of a person. Harsh, sure, but factual from taking one look at someone and isn't conceptual. Same with everything else if he's someone who hurt an MPA. You seem to be too idealized about what the police accomplish, there are times where they do not do anything nor can they do anything in petty dispute cases.

You are very biased which is fine, you are entitled to that but it seems you have no motivation for the actual truth or justice. And no I don't idealize police but you are completely wrong about police taking assault at public business as a "petty dispute". Easily can get sued for negligence if perpetrator came back to business and assaulted /harmed someone. Have you ever called the police or dealt with law ? You are probably talking about situations where there are no witnesses or any other evidence. But in this case where they literally have everything including camera footage, personal details, witnesses, police will definitely take action.

I just take things at face value, no need to formulate a "what if they are lying?" line of thinking on a situation like this because you can create stories in your head to support or refute anyone.
They have a guy's face, they don't have his name because its a fake name and a fake business card, if he's like every other dude he paid with cash, whatever happened with him and the MPA happened in the room with no camera and not every physical and verbal altercation has evidence on a person's body that the police can use. Will the police use facial recognition to find the guy and do what, ask him nicely what happened? What they do is take notes, have a case with notes and if something similar comes up again they can get new information fall into their lap to do something. Negligence charge or physical assault charge is nice for them to pursue if its a an easy stat in the books, which this probably isn't
