There were few very elegant swingers clubs in Paris, where to enter you were required to were a Tuxedo/evening dress attire and both champagne and food were at the top level (small extra for some select Vintage Champgnes) all included in about $600/couple) BUT it was worth every penny of it.

I have been to Les Chandelles with my girlfriend and another couple and although we didn't indulge ourselves, it was extremely entertaining and exciting! Unfortunately for our second visit my girlfriend and I got dressed up and took a taxi across Paris for an afternoon visit only to find that the club was exceptionally closed with no reason given. One I tried the red-light district of Nice. It can be found close to the airport.
