Just some friendly advice. No judgement made of course.

Make sure you use mouthwash immediately after. Mouthwash has anti-bacterial ingredients - Cetylpyridine Chloride (Crest) or alcohol. This kills the fecal matter bacteria. Mouthwash also acts as a 'soap' or surfactant in your mouth and cleans dirt and impurities as does handsoap in terms of handwashing. Gargle mouthwash in your throat area foremost and of course throughout the front of your mouth cavity for about 20 seconds and then don't rinse your mouth for 2 minutes so that the anti-bacterial agents have a chance to kill the bacteria from the poo that will inevitably be left in your mouth after performing DATO on someone. After 2 minutes, rinse your mouth with water to further clean it out and spit out whatever remains.

One problem with DATO is that if the last guy deposited saliva on the girls anal opening, and then it sat for 20 minutes and combined with the fecal matter already there, her anus now has more bacteria at the opening than before. As an example, spit in a cup that has just be drank from and is now empty. Come back in a few hours and you will notice bacteria growing from the cup. Saliva, when mixed with present germs, allows those germs to grow more rapidly. Especially in warm environments.
