Hi there everyone. Can I just say how useful I have found this forum. I keep logging on when I am supposed to be studying!!!Anyway, at the moment I am doing my case studies for my reflexology qualification.
Here are my questions which I hope I can get some help with.
1) Do you tend to find that the same reflexes are tender/painful each week(if there are no other changes to the way the client is feeling. I realise that if say they had a cold one week there may be pain/crystals in say the sinus reflex as an example).
2) Should you be aiming to basically get rid of the tender or crystals by the end of the say 10 treatments. I get good feedback from the client but sometime the reflexes still feeling tender or crystally each week, even when I am approaching week 8 with a couple of them.
3)What do you right down in your notes if you find say pain/crystals in an area where there is no problem-having asked the client and can find no reason at all why the reflex should be that way.
Does anyone have an example of a couple of actual case study sessions so I can see how things develop and the way it is written up?I hope you don't think I am being cheeky, it would just allow me to know if am writing it up in the correct way as we have not even been shown any real examples at college so finding it a bit more difficult to relate to it but totally loving the reflexology. Exams in 2 months time!AAAAAAAAAH!
Thank you so much for any replies I get. I would really appreciate it!!! Regards,
