Wednesday, police sent an undercover officer inside China Doll to get a massage. According to the probable cause affidavit, police say the masseuse grabbed the undercover officer's genitals and asked him for more money. That's when police raided the business.
The masseuse, Shen Luyun, was arrested and is facing prostitution charges.
According to the arrest affidavit the 30 year old woman told police that her boss, the business owner Qing Chang, told her to do "happy endings" at the end of massages.
Chang was also arrested. 40/29 News was there as police led her out of the business in handcuffs.
"It seems like a lot of these type deals are moving to the rural areas instead of the big cities, " said Sequoyah County Sheriff Larry Lane.
Currently the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics as well as Homeland Security are investigating possible human trafficking. OBN spokesperson Mark Woodward told 40/29 News that it's too soon in the investigation to know if the workers were willing participants or if they were forced to work.
"The people had worked at some of these massage places in California and I believe it was Arizona, Oklahoma City and then here," Sheriff Lane said. "The one they got the other day had only been here about four days."
"There's no human trafficking, they claim there was underage girls working there and all that." Jimmy Lee said. "All there is, is three older women trying to make a living."
Lee, told 40/29 News that his girlfriend, Qing Chang, also owns a massage parlor in Muskogee, Oklahoma.
"When she needs a girl she uses Chinese women. She advertises in a newspaper in L.A.," Lee said. "That's where she gets her help from, off of the paper, people answer adds in the paper, it ain't no human trafficking."
When asked about the alleged illegal sexual activity Lee replied, "They're not supposed to do nothing sexual."
One worker spoke to 40/29 news inside China Doll. She did not want to go on camera, but said she was not being forced to do anything and that she did not know about any sexual activity.
The owner of China Doll Massage is expected to appear in court next week. Currently she is not being released from jail due to immigration concerns.
