In the UK a common management hierarchy structure would be like this:

- Directors (with specialisation, e.g. Finance Director, Sales Director etc.)
- Regional Managers
- Managers
Is this different in China & Singapore? Are more American job titles like 'Vice President' used?
What kind of other senior job titles would you expect to see above the manager level but below CEO level?
