Well tried to see Claudia today. What a disaster.
She confirmed 10am for today via txt yesterday but didn't give a location.

Txt this morning at 9.30 for location and she txts back she's waiting to get into hotel room may be a bit late. I say that’s ok no rush for me.

Then nothing by 11.05 so txt her again. Still waiting apparently….will let you know as soon as I have my room.

Nothing again by 1pm so txt again. She txt back they are giving her a room at 2pm is 2.30 ok for me. I txt back yes.

3pm goes by with nothing so I txt her to say what happening. No reply until about 4pm when she txt’s to say she has some review to do for her boss (has another day job apparently) only just got room and won’t be able to see me till 5.30pm is that ok. I txt back saying yes that’s ok.

I had no appointments today so was just doing stuff at work so thought I might as well stick with it given I’m not going anywhere.

5.30pm comes with no details. So I txt to say are we still on. No reply. 6pm txt to say I suppose I might as well go home. No reply. Still had no reply.

Not sure why she played this game with me all day. But it’s pretty annoying. There are quite a few other ladies I could have (and would have liked to have) seen today but couldn’t because she was stuffing me around.

What’s the point of stringing me along all day when she obviously had no intention of seeing me. Very strange!

I’ve been stood up once before….but nothing like this. If she had of just not responded to the first txt this morning and stood me up….I could have got on with my day. But why play games like this. Not once did she say sorry for stuffing you around...didn't seem to be an issue.

Just thought you should all be warned. Beware!!!

Hmm, let's see. You had a booking for 10am, she didn't call you to give a location, or to say she was late, but you kept trying all day to reschedule the appointment with her.

I would have given up way before that. First, she should have given you the location when you booked, or at least made an arrangement to let you know the location on the day. If she was going to be late, then she should have made the effort to contact you. Sometimes unexpected delays can happen, but I reckon you allowed this to carry on for too long. Should have bailed early on.

Yeah I would have cycleRevieweak...but my version is a little summarized...she was contacting me to keep things going...i didn't have other work commitments..which is unusual. Plus I thought I'd give her the benefit of the doubt. Maybe things weren't working out for her so well? Thought I'd cut her some slack. Bad choice by the looks. The question is why did she keep playing me along? What's the point?

Ah, ok. When I read your message it sounded like you were doing all the contacting and she wasn't really responding. Reviewom what you are saying it sounds like she doesn't have a regular location, and was having trouble trying to book a hotel room. In any case, sounds like there was probably a bit more to the story that she wasn't telling you.

Quite the opposite...I was very suspect and was ready to drop it pretty early on. But her responses kept making me think I should hang in and allow for her having a bad day or whatever.

Have to say Kramer you have a lot of patience in you.... If it was me I would have complained mpter the 2nd stuff up and just canceled.

Sorry kramer but you allowed yourself to be stringed along so the fact that you say that there were other ladies that you wanted to see but didn't is not soley the fault of Claudia. You could have bailed earlier in the day (as roberto said mpter the 2nd stuff up) and organised something else. Anyway one bad review doesn't mean that everyone should avoid her. Maybe she did have a bad day (we all have them!) which may account for why there was no apology forthcoming. Now if there were multiple reviews coming through relaying similar issues then it might be appropriate to issue a "warning".....

In all fairness, let's not be too hasty in jumping to conclusions. Surely we've all been in situations where we've made appointments based on the assumption that everything will go to plan, only to find that something unforeseen crops up. Things like jumping in the car only to find that a tyre's flat, or the petrol tank's nearly empty, in which case you try to make it to the nearest servo, but run out before you get there and in the rush, have forgotten to bring your mobile with you that day. So you have to try and find a pay phone to call the RACQ, but the nearest phone is 15 mins walk away, and that happens to be not working. Then some other thing crops up and before you know it the day's gone.

I've been nearly sacked on quite a few occasions at work when such a chain of events happens and the boss shows not a skerrick of understanding.

On the other hand, I can relate to Kramer being pissed off. I bet Claudia feels terrible that she stuffed you around, and I also bet that she was being stuffed around by other factors out of her control. Such is life in today's complex world.

this is claudia, unforatuately i arrived in brisbane early yesterday i had to wait hours for the room to become available and prior to leaving sydney i was promised by the hotel the room would be ready for early check in.

i also come up here on business i am a qualified accountant and i got held up yesterday doing fiancial work for a company up here and there was a mis communication via text messaging.

i am happy to provide kramer with a 2 hour complimentary booking Reviewee of charge for the mix up.

i sincerely aplogise for the mix up and will be in touch with cramer to arrange a time.

i would like to advise as well that i will not be staying at the same hotel again due to a number of issues i have had.

i am only new to this site and the demand and amount of phone calls has been enormous and at some seforum.xxxes due to my other work committments i have found it hard to answer. hence the reason why i will be looking at hiring someone to take care of it for me. i can assure you this will not happen again.

The initial situation was not good for kramer. Claudia to her credit has explained what happened to make her unavailable I'm now very impressed with Claudia not only did she apologize and explain but she made a very nice gesture to kramer. She is indeed a valuable person.
