Decided to try out a new spot after seeing some promising ads.

Located in a nice, newer building. Parking in the back, and fairly descrete back door entrance. Upon walking in the first impressions are very good, the rooms are clean and the attendants all looked relatively young and attractive. Each room had a shower inside. The massage was good enough, but nothing special. She asked me to tip her halfway through the massage before she would start doing any teasing or grazing. Started at $140 for a HJ, which is ridiculous, and I told her that I only brought $60 and I have never once tipped more than that before. She wasn’t thrilled, but I ended up leaving happy.

Above average girls,
If only it wasn’t so overpriced compared to Calgary standards.

Would visit again if I wasn’t afraid to spend some money.

Keep in mind CLC is AMP though offering FS. So the room fee you pay only goes to the house. The lady needs the tips to not work for free after rubbing you. The business model of AMP is like that. It's not an RMT Clinic. Yes, $140 + Room fee is steep but the shop and girl need to be fed too.
She took what was available even though it's meagre compared to her asking price but she needed to eat that day so it's better than nothing.
