Condoms in bars

Not been to Phuket for 3 years so cannot remember. Do the toilets in bars have condom machines like the UK ?

(Yes, I know all 7/11 sell them, I ask for a reason)

I've seen a condom machines in some toilets! But you do not need to look for them, you find the 7 eleven and mini-marts everywhere and they all sell condoms ...

I've never seen a condom machine in the lav's either.

Seeing the thread title "Condoms in Bars" reminded me however...

There was a bar that used to hand out complimentary condoms with a barfine payment. (4 or 5 years ago) 5555

I would recommend that you take your own before you go......Thai Condoms I always found to be quite small.......you can work that out for yourself but dont tell them :wink2::wink2::wink2:

Well, can only speculate as to the reason :

Don't remember seeing any in Phuket bars, but you do remember that alot of the bars don't have their own toilets on Bangla, but there are pay toilets in many of the Sois, the one down Soi Crocodile can be quite interesting to say the least 555

I think I have seen some condom machines in some Pattaya bars and GoGos though.

I never leave the hotel without a condom in my pocket, and don't trust the Thai condoms, last one broke uch:

Scratching my head for you reason?? Just get them in the 7/11 - front & centre at the counter as a high volume item! Never seen any in toilets.

Soi Erics toilets are the cleanest/best and I dont recall seeing a machine in there.

i can not verify the validity of the statement, but i was once advised to never accept a condom from a BG as the claim was that some of them rinse, re-roll and re-use a condom until it falls apart.

But then you cant go in to 7/11 and buy condoms and when the girl hands you the pack say
"are these EXTRA LARGE?"
usually gets a smile or a giggle.

I always rinse, roll and re-use anyway.

Just bring them in bulk from home, then you don't have to think about it or have problems if you forget to go to the chemist on the way home..simples

Speaking of roll and re-use, this too is an oldie but a goodie.....

A Scotsman clad in a kilt walks up to the counter in a Chemist shop. From his pocket he takes a plaid condom that has been heavily used, torn, patched, sewn, and is currently split down one side. He asks the proprietor, "How much to replace this, ?" The proprietor says, "Why, that'll be four pence." Then the Scotsman asks, "How much to repair?" The prop. looks the condom over carefully, and says, "Three pence to repair." The Scotsman ponders for a moment, then says, "I'll be back."

Later in the day, the Scotsman returns with a smile on his face and says,
"The Regiment has voted to repair!"

always ..always ...always... bring your own condoms when travelling overseas. Ive only busted one Once and that was in Bali...first girl first day ...first few minutes,her dodgy condom, scared the hell out of me ( the place wasnt all that classy ) and I also always carry one or two with me during the day for those unexpected encounters. Like that time in Java...I was lost in some back street of Jogjakarta.......ohhh anyway thats another story
