Confused by pricing for "Extras". Help!

I'm going to be in Toronto and I plan on checking out some massage places. I've been looking around and I can't understand the pricing - people talk a lot about tipping. Is that referring to money on top of the extra you've paid for (after the door fee), or is the tipping itself to pay for the extra? And what's a reasonable price for the extra? (For a clothed HJ, topless/nude HJ or bodyrub)

So, $40 for a regular HJ/$60 for topless/$80 for bodyrub on top of the $40 for a half hour door fee would be about right? That seems standard from what I've seen.

Usually pricing goes 20 topless 40 nude 60 nude reverse

On top of the Room fee which is $40 for 30 minute or $60 of 60 minutes

Nude HJ=$60

Is the price of a HJ or whatever agreed on before the massage starts? Or is it negotiated at the end? Say I pay $40 for a half hour, and I'm offered a HJ for $20, is the attendant expecting more on top of the $20 after she finishes? Is not paying more than agreed upon price considered poor form?

Giving more than the agreed $20 is up to you. If the service was horrible or just ok, zero tip is fine. If the service is EXCELLENT and is "Above and Beyond", you can show your appreciation accordingly.

Just be warned - if you become a repeat client and you start tipping, its hard to stop as MPA will now expect a tip each time you visit.

I no longer tip each session but show my appreciation by becoming regular client.
Over X-mas or Chinese News Years I will give $20 to $100 tip to my regular MPA's.
