Cost of Towel Laundry for Tax Return

Not sure if this is the right forum to post this query on, so feel free to move it.
I'm a reflexologist working from home, and seem to be forever washing and drying towels - I dread to think what it must be like for massage therapists. Anyway, I need to get on and complete my tax return before the end of the month and wondered how much other people put in their returns to cover the cost of the laundry. Is there an accepted figure to include the water, electricity, detergent etc, so much a load, or do I just guess?

work out what percentage of products you are using for towels, or ideally, buy separate products used purely for the towel laundering, and then you can put the receipt straight in.

if you are working from home, then you are entitled to a percentage of the electricity anyway, so add the laundering onto that. Work out how often you use the house for your business, is it one room? Is it purely for that purpose? If so you can work out how many rooms you have in the house, say 7, and claim that percentage back, also phone, water rates, etc.
