I would disagree with your assumption that bbbj's don't carry a high risk. I guess one would have to define what they mean by "high". Studies have shown that bbbj's DO carry a significant risk for transmission of STD's, including HIV. The risk is certainly much higher for the woman than the man, but that doesn't mean there is no risk for the man.
