One concern for any owner is the mpa asking for $$ for extra service, there is almost no chance that it is a defendable action and pleading ignorance does not help.

That being said a mp and even a known escort service is most likely not going to subjected to an investigation or enforcement action.

That's right. At spas where extras are common it's being encouraged by management and girls can be getting shifts, promotion based on services. It's no secret. At a Premier spa if a session includes no extras mention it to the receptionist when she asks how your session went because girls that provide none aren't doing their job. A bbbj should be considered standard service.

Some girls reviewed on this board do nothing extra and get fantastic reviews while others give extras (some for free and some for tip) and get both good and shitty reviews. its entirely up to the MPA whether she wants to or not - whether she likes you or dislikes you. you cannot say she's not doing her job for not going above and beyond what is expected and paid for at the front desk.

Nah, I don't think the girl should get in trouble. YMMV is part of the game. But the reality of that at some spas extras are encouraged and even expected. This is definitely true at the Premier spas. Each session will be handled on its own terms but an MPA that never does extras is in a different category from one who does and the spas themselves care about that. At some places extras help at other places they hurt.

Obviously with extras, a girl will be more popular, but I wouldn't say that the spas care if the girl does extras or not. They only care about the bottom line and whether she can bring in door fees. If she can do that without extras, they don't care.
