Question Extras or not - premier/seduction

Does anyone go to premier or seductions not for extras? If so what kinda of session do you have? There has been a lot of change in the business over the years but premier and seduction are pretty much incalls these days.

Saw many reviews that girls in Seductions or Premium would not be motivated to serve you unless you take extras. I am not an extra person, therefore I have been staying with Flirt. you don't have to take extras at Premier to have good standard service. I have never had a girl ask me ahead of time for extras and they wont do it unless you ask,
