If I'm going in looking for extras I generally start by asking if we can skip the massage. This will give you a good indication of whether or not she's up for extras and you won't waste any fun time on a massage. Then, it's as simple as telling her what you're after - BJ, Russian, FS, DATY etc. (don't use acronyms when talking to her) and she'll let you know if that's cool. If she says no don't push it, and it's generally a bad idea to haggle when she tells you her price. It is not clear from your opening post whether you are a newbie to Kourtney or a newbie to the industry. If it is the latter, as I suspect, the keys to a successful session are hygiene, respect, and communication. Scrub in the shower before she arrives. If your anything like me, the upfront discussion of extras and what you like is not a comfortable scenario when meeting for the first time at your session. Having a chance to talk before hand is a bonus if the opportunity presents itself..such as on this forum with some MPA's.
I like to see how the chemistry plays out AND if it feels like its there, politely ask if extras are an option. There are so many jerks out there who just grope, fondle and try to force "action" aggressively that your MPA will appreciate the polite inquire.

Yes she does extras and if a girl does extras they will maybe do extras in a first session because that is part of their business so there is no harm asking and you should always if you want extras because girls appreciate knowing what you like it makes their job easier only don't ask right away when they get in the room because they need a couple minutes to decide if you're cool or crazy. My motto is let the girl lead for the first five minutes so that she's comfortable and then take the reins from her which they will like because it makes their job easier.
