Once the pandemic has passed you could hang out in the coffee shops near where the language schools are (like Yonge/Eglnton). Young Japanese women that are here for a short time can be quite adventurous. Just be polite and friendly. If you are up for an adventure learn Japanese and then go to Japan for a year and work as an English teacher - even ugly guys do well there. I met my Japanese wife at a salsa dance club. There will be Japanese & Asian women that will not find you attractive cause you're Indian and there will be others that don't mind. That's just the hand you're dealt and your ethnicity is something that you cannot change. Tough luck.

Instead, focus on things you can change:

1. Grooming - get a decent haircut, pluck your unibrow, trim your beard, take care of your skin if you have acne etc.

3. Exercise - you don't have to be ripped, but at least look healthy
