I made my bank of america debit card 6 months ago.

My sister went there with me, and the bank of america guy said

My sister gets $25 for introducing bank of america to me and I get $35

So i want to take my 4 friends to bank of america and get $100.

But my question is this is ok?

This is promotion still available?
 
I tried that with my parents long time ago - never got my money.
I should have kept copies, but it's hard to prove that someone else actually opened an account, then they have to give your their account number as proof
Or.. I must not have read all the fine print (perhaps family does not count - but we had different last names)
