Ghost chat and Key loggers?

OK so on the 31/12/0 just b4 New Year my computer got inflicted with a program called "internet security 2010". When I tried to go on the internet all this pop ups would up saying your computer is not safe or it got a Trojan horse. I tried to uninstall it but it would not let me. Then I remembered once this virus program called "Anti virus 2009" that clams to help your computer (which it does not!) got inflicted onto my computer. I got rid of "Anti virus 2009" by a program called "Trend Micro Internet Security Pro" (Which is a good program). This time when I used "Trend Micro Internet Security Pro" to get rid of "internet security 2010" it would not work. I searched the internet to find if there were any ways to delete. It told me to download this program called "Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware". So I did. So I started to scan. And about half way this thing pop up called "Ghost chat" It said hi to me and said hi. I asked if it was real and it said yes. It then said I will remove "internet security 2010". I then thought how the hell does he/she know I had that. In the matter of seconds "internet security 2010" was gone. I asked how you did that. HE/ She Replied by saying I am a hacker. I said thanks. Then He/she said just don't download any more Runescape hack or paypal hacks. I now freaked out how He/she know that. Well I only did Runescape hacks but not paypal. I then opened the internet. He/she said close the internet. I did. Then I opened My computer and he/she said close it. I was then going to ask how did u know that was open. But I was too late. The Ghost chat turned off. The last message he/she did was just scan with the program Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware" and everything will be okay. He/she said goodbye Lawrence. I then was freaked How the how did he/she know my name. I then restarted my computer just in case something went wrong. After it was back on I went onto the internet and typed in ghost chat. All that came up was have you seen ghost and stuff but not what I was looking for. I then typed Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware". It came up what I wanted. The first link said that I download a program and ghost chat came up and helped my computer. The second link said it just pop up by itself without any download. The 3rd link said Ghost chat fucked up my computer. And then the 4th link freaked me out. This person wrote saying ghost chat knew some of my details like name and address. And the person said it could she me though a camera or something. Some person replied saying it might have been a key logger. I have heard of a key logger but I never knew what it was. It like then someone can see your computer. Like what happened to mine. I then quickly turned all file off and scan on "Trend Micro Internet Security Pro†for a key logger. Nothing about that. But it said the someone’s ip address was on my computer. I has probably gone now but I just want to make sure it is gone for good. I searched on internet to find any programs to remove key logger. But I don't know what to pick.

Can anybody tell me A Good Program with NO VIRUS that would get rid of Key loggers?
And if anybody knows, is ghost chat part of Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware?
