Driving north and center st yesterday afternoon. Noticed the OPEN sign
Walked in and the place was empty . Was greeted by a Chinese lady in her early 40's
Heavy, dressed nice with lots of makeup OK looking
Poor English so the communications was bad .
I asked her the prices . $80.00 per hr.
As the usual I ask up front. " Do you massage every thing ?? " She replied No.
So then I started to walk out the door. Then she yes I will for a tip. ( Business must be bad " ) $80.00 If I promise not to tell any one Yeah right
A little steep so we negotiated $ 60.00 . This was even the massage started

The massage was OK a little weak but I like them fairly firm
The finish was the usual slow start and then the Jack Hammer

It is Green Leaf Massage. They had an add for 55 per hr promotional rate last year. There was a guy at the reception who called the lady that fits your description. She's the only one working there. She was very friendly and giggly and was ok not to use a sheet. Gave the feeling that she is open for more but as the end of the massage was approaching she became more reserved and did not want to massage the glutes, inner thighs saying " I don't do that" . I started to explain that I wasn't asking for anything more but her English wasn't good enough to communicate that. The massage was either too light or when I asked if it can be a bit harder, it became too firm, she couldn't quite get the in between. Even at 55 /hr I thought that I overpaid.

I appreciate the information on Green Leaf massage as I was really curious about that place. Anyways I think the OP went to Easy health massage located at centre street and 29 ave beside a store called Green Thumb. Last year, I received a decent hot stone massage from Jasmine. I paid $40 for 30min but I can't discuss details on here because she directly asked me not to post anything online. I found this place via CAF.
