I contacted this apartment near the beginning of this thread trying to set up a vacation. It started promising but my 2nd or 3rd email was answered by "his wife" (I have no idea). When I asked about the girls, she claimed not to know anything about it, and was quite offended. All of my subsequent emails went unanswered/ignored. I'm not saying it is/was a scam, but I actually tried booking this, and it seemed REALLY shady.

I'm going to be in the Garden Hotel in Guangzhou on Friday, Sat, and Sun. (March 14,15,16)

Then I am thinking Ken needs to reply to his own email and leave his fucking wife out of the negotiations. He and ifuckedchina have lost all credibility with me. That is too far and too much money to leave things up to chance, or hope. With having to secure a visa, limited time off for vacation, and the fear of being ripped off, Ken needs to "tighten" his game quite a bit. If this is even a true and available service, which I doubt.

To make matters clear, I am calling ifuckedchina and Ken liars. Prove me wrong, fellows, I beg you. This sounded like a great deal, and if proven true, I would have been a regular customer.

I will get to China on my own and on my own time and conditions. So much for a fellow monger helping out.

There is something shady going on here. I pm'd ifuckedchina and gave him a chance to respond, but he decided to stay silent.

After contacting "Ken" for this apartment, he took his time getting back to me, which I can understand, but after his initial response asking me for a time, I heard no replies to my emails until his WIFE!!! emailed me back wanting to settle a date for my visit. When I inquired about girls, she claimed no knowlede and said they only rent an apartment, no girls involved.

Going up to Seoul to hang out with another monger from this site. He tells me it is far better up there than in the rural areas by me. Will make a full report/comparison and post soon for anyone unfortunate enough to find themselves in Korea any time soon.

Near every hotel there are a lot of streetwalkers. I stayed in April at the Landmark and a friend at tha China Hotel. At the river bank there were the ugliest and oldest girls I have ever seen. I did not ask them for any price. But there are the year round trade fairs and at the entrance there are many boys who give anybody flyers with phone numbers of girls. They asked for 600rmb for a night. The problem is, that most of them do not speak any language beside of chinese. So bad for me.
But for a fuck I will not learn chinese.
Because there is a fair at Guangzhou at any time of the year, the price for the girls is high the whole year.
But I will try it again, and go back there from 7-12 March 2008.
