Harmony Health - Cici

Dropped by Harmony Health recently and saw Cici (spelling?). Older chinese lady with not the best english.

Paid the 45 min door fee (three greens). Climbed on the table and waited about 5 minutes for her return. After about 3 minutes of massage the front door buzzer rings and she heads out to check on the new patron...gone for a little less than 5 minutes. She comes back and notifies me that I can only stay for a 30 minute session as a client that had made an appointment just showed up (he was 30 minutes late already). So I am not in the best mood as my 45 min session is now 30 minutes and we are already 10 minutes in.

A good back and thigh massage for the next 5 minutes with her walking on my back. Then it is the flip, less than 5 minutes of massage and the question of extras comes up. I elect for basic HJ for 3 greens. Door buzzer again and she heads out for a couple minutes. Once back a descent HJ, much better with my eyes closed (haha). Standard clean up with hot towels.

All in 5 greens for 30 min with HJ. Out the door 25 minutes after arrival, of which she maybe massaged for less than 20...including HJ. Some of the worst customer service ever...repeat, not with Cici.
