fwiw, from all the bs ive seen out there, i'd say its more than likely that chamras' account is spot on.
especially since they were *busy*, the envelope will be pushed to not let any $ walk out the door.
i'm sure cherry bears the blame for the 'conversion' to a 1/2 hour session. in her mind she was surely appalled at the idea of a discount when she probably already is feeling she's selling herself cheaply, and took the initiative to call it a half hour at regular rates instead.
that being said, the girls are generally overworked and the factory mentality prevails to get guys in, off and out as quickly as possible. the house surely bears the blame for having too few girls to service the volume and applying the pressure to not let the $ walk.
although i also understand the point of view from which the house is coming. its a high risk endeavor and one needs to make back one's investment in as short order as possible and squeeze as much profit out as quickly as one can, cause one never knows when the boys in blue will show up. many an operator has lost several 100k's of initial investment when shuttered too quickly.
unfortunately the factory mentality is par for the course. chamras i highly counsel you to go on off hours if you don't like these antics. if you go during busy times you may get lucky and get a good girl...but you may not...
from our perspective good customer service makes sense. after all, a good session leads to repeat business, and repeat business racks up the $ quickly. when a guy has a good time he may return 2-3x a week, for weeks on end. but given their high-risk of investment mentioned earlier, and the fact that they seem to have more business than they can handle, its no surprise that they feared little that you would be dissatisfied enough never to return.
HANYC forgive me for calling your story mostly after the fact damage control. dont you hate it when the customer squeezed turns out to be a poster on these boards? because suddenly its costs not just the one and not even just the known posters, but the unknown legion of lurkers who just read. given the sheer number of spots out there that you are competing with, why would anyone take a chance to try a place with such an awful review?
i bet they were very surprised at the vocal scene you made. most that are subjected to such treatment just bite their lip. certainly the house counts on this as well. what can you do but vote with your feet and take your business elsewhere? well that...and post the account of it here. if you take not just your feet but several others with you...mayhap they'll attempt a better balance between clutching the $ and servicing their customers. yes...even during busy times. such is the power of cyberspace. a few glowing reviews will have guys herding in...a few bad ones, put a noticable dent in business flow. i know the girls fear a bad review; in circumstances like these make sure that fear is realized.
