Hi guys,

heading to Phuket in a couple of weeks, ive done a tone of research on the site and it seems like Tiger is the place to grab a hottie or two. However times do change and the season isnt peak so my question is..

Whats the best BG bar in Phuket to find hot thai women? Are the Go-Go bars a better way to go if looking for quality?

THe open bars seem a bit daunting, i can imagine it will be fun but eventually becoming anoying, well not if they are all hotties i guess lol I Watched a clip on one of the SOI areas of Bangla road and this guy was getting grabbbed by every girl he walked past.

How exactly is one suppose to sift through the sht so to speak if this occurs? I imagine it would be a nightmare for a young bloke like myself to find a young hottie or have i got it all wrong?

And yes im a newb lol, ive spent about 2 weeks on the forums reading and my account was only activated today so ive finally got around to posting, just want some hints & tips from BMs.

How do i avoid these Girly Boys? I am not anti gay but it makes me feel a bit ewww if i have Men Dressed up as girls tryn to hit on me lol.

What should i expect to have to pay in Phuket for high quality? Last but least, is Karon & Kata not worth checking out because its low season? Will most bars in Kata & Karon be closed & or all the hotties are not in this area because there isnt much work at this time of the year?

You might want to plan heading down there at 10pm (9pm earliest), think it opens at 8:30, however not much happening till at least 9.



Attached is a pic of a LB from Cocktails... at the end of a long drinking session you would have to watch out that you don't get accidentally turned to the dark side! :surprised:

My advice is to not listen to everyone's advice and just head down Bangla, it's not that big.

I think part of the fun is just having a mooch around and finding a bar that you like.

Tiger is probably one of the better Soi's but there are 'hotties' all over the place. I also find that a lot of the girls down Tiger are a bit too pushy.

Just head down the soi and when you see some girls that you like, buy a drink there.... then move on. You can always go back if you don't find anything better.

Make sure you have at least a wander down every soi, you never know what you find.

Don't worry about the lady boys, if approached just say no thank you and keep walking.

Also check out the bars on the other side of Bangla like U2 bar etc, had some great nights in these bars.

You will have a great time and make sure you have a few in Mai Thai bar. Some great girls in this bar and the rest of the Soi.

Ha...good to see you have a sense of humour Ted, and WTTB. You will undoubtedly have freelancing LB's approach you from time to time, grabbing you by the arm, saying they want to go with you etc. As Muddyhoop says, just tell them you're not interested, and keep walking. There really shouldn't be any issues. They certainly will provide you with a culture shock, but you'll generally be able to tell the difference between the LB's and the real deal...
