since this is a messenger request...open messenger and click on Help, then Report a problem, then Others, then Another prob not listed. see if this helps.

You would have had to activate the save messages in the options tab. If you did not do this, then your conversations were not saved, and can in no way be retrieved. Best you can do is do it now and move on. I know it won't help you for what you need it for. You can send in emails. (fingers crossed that at least you continued to send emails, and did not rely on instant messaging.)

chats are not saved.

so if you did not save the chat while you were chatting then you are out of luck.

try emails - those are saved if you did not delete them. .
