advice to a newbie? I am in the process of attaining my Group Fitness Certification. The gym where I work out asked me to teach one of their Group Fitness classes and may hire me to teach others in the future. The class is a one-hour Boot Camp, and the current participants vary widely in their fitness levels. I've taken the class myself and know some of the members, but I'm still very nervous. I want to design the perfect one-hour workout, engage and motivate the class and make a positive lasting impression. The last instructor was phenomenal and well-liked, so I feel like I have some pretty big shoes to fill. If any current PT or Group Fitness instructors could offer some advice, I'd really appreciate it.
