Investing $4000 on stock market after New Year, suggestions?

Bought a house this year, so I lost most of my TSFA room, but I'm gaining it back after the new year, so this is my current plan:

Buy another $1000 SmartCentres REIT to quality for DRIP (already own $4000)

Buy another $1000 TC Energy to quality for DRIP (already own $5000)

Buy another $2000 Enbridge to quality for DRIP (already own $1000)

I have reservations about owning more Enbridge, I wonder if I should buy Suncor energy? It's down 50%. Should I buy things like AC or Cinplex, or should I buy an ETF such as VFV.TO? Any tips?

I'm not stoopid enough to buy a stock when it's at all-time high.

Also I'm not planning to buy single US stocks in TSFA account, not paying tax for holding USD.

It’s hard to make big bank on theTSX of your only throwing that amount. The gains on the majority of them are shit you’ll make like $800 if you invest correctly through the year. May as well just do a mutual fund or something safe like that. I go with an alt coin as a lot of them went 200%+ But we are on a whore board and dudes need that guarantee. Lol

investing in banks right now is same as in Tulips in 1600s (just my opinion - banks will be gone in 2-5 years - CBDC will wipe the whole banking industry)

I would dump SmartCentre REIT. I have colleagues who work there and they are all dumping their stocks and leaving the corporation....and this was before COVID. Brick and mortar retail is dead. Fuck. Read a book.
