Is any Asian spa NOT open?

So I did a few drive bys yesterday, and found almost every Asian spa I checked was open. Some even had their sandwich board signs on the sidewalk and "open" signs in the window. Did I miss something in the re-opening rules or are the Asians just bravely leading the charge?

Talent was nervous for sure, but eager for biz. as I was on my way back from a regular, I didn't try anyone new.

richmond hill main strip, two places open. queensway asian place next to Elite, open, place on bathurst just north of wilson open, Soul Relax, open. I admit I was being fascetious saying they are all open, but seemed to me many are.

My regular never closed, I don't mention her just cuz she asked me not to, but from what I understand, she answers the phone for everyone.

I know of at least two EE places as well that never closed, I'm sure I'm not the only one who is aware of them

yea, it's been a hit and miss for me. A lot of places in Scarborough and Markham have still been operating low key. Like if you had a previous connection, or number saved of a particular mpa. some still will book you if you call/text. One Asian semi legit near Pacific mall I frequent was accepting calls with receptionist, but wouldn't let me book over the phone. but then when I texted the mpa personally, she'd book me and I'd show up like business as usual.

but then some spas are completely shutdown. for example, there is one in Toronto Bloor west that I used to go to. it's been closed since last year. don't have any of the MPAs contact info and they don't even answer their phone, sign is turned off and door locked. A-day spa as well. they say spa closed. I have one of the attendants cell. she's been saying the same, so maybe that's the case, maybe I don't have that kinda rapport with her.

Yes places are open and answer. Perhaps LE is taking the same approach as they did when the public tennis courts were closed but were stilled being openly used . The fear of busts is shrinking at least for now in anticipating of opening
Still once mps are open, there will be a worker shortage as a significant amount of talent remains inactive.

Just hang in there until the beginning of July, then several of them will legitimately open up and stay that way at least until the imminent fourth wave due to the Delta variant comes along around September . The vaccines are helping the cause but there remains much more uncertainty and turbulence ahead until the pandemic ends. If more lockdowns happen due to the fourth wave then obviously there will be ways around them.

All of the spas are “closed” , everything closed except their legs. Watch for Ford to make an announcement this Friday or before allowing for personal services to open earlier than Canada Day.

bayview north of eglinton. it's looking pretty bleak for commercial props, and res to boot. at least 5 high priced acreage in some sort of
