Is Mode Models in Edmonton a reputable company?

At our high school we had something called a "career fair" where a bunch of different people from different companies/post-secondary schools set up booths in our courtyard, and you can go to each one and ask all the questions you'd like about their company/school. One of the booths was Mode Models, and they had 3 people in their booth. A couple were scouting kids at our school to come take quick, free photos of us, and they wrote our names down on a whiteboard while we held it up. I was one of them. So is Mode Models a reputable company? They phoned my house and asked me to come in to a photoshoot, which is around $470. Is it worth it? It's supposedly part of Mode Models International. I have absolutely no idea what goes on in a modeling career or anything, and I don't know if I should take the offer or not. Additional info will be giving if needed.
