...to record labels? like a music scout? I really love love LOVE music, and all i want to do is work with music, but im still trying to figure out how exactly i want to be involved.....but i KNOW i wont feel fulfilled unless i'm involved somehow. Im a 21 yr old girl btw...

So i'm brainstorming trying to think of what i might like to do....so is there a job where record labels get you to go out and look for new talent and try to get them to sign to their record label??
 
Why not go independent? Scout the new talents yourself, and then freelance set them up with a record label, or become a manager yourself (or set up your own label). That way, you have ultimate freedom.
