on broadway yesterday decided to go in to bbc. i've had a good session with jasmine before (surprise surprise) so i picked her out of the line up as the rest didn't appeal to me. now she comes into the room looking tired so i'm hoping she's not low on energy. when i mentioned she looked tired her response was:
"that's cuz i'm fucking baked right now". so much for the drug use policy that's been preached about at bbc.
her service was about the same as last time so i have no complaints other than the fact that she kept moving around. at the 15 minute mark there was a knock on the door and she had to leave the room. how many of you out there see this as a good thing? she came back in and said that apparently she had an appointment who nobody mentioned to her. okay, get back into it and then at about 25 minutes there's another knock on the door for the 5 minute warning.
so as i'm leaving i see the sign in the room that says if you have any problems during your session you should talk to management on that day at that visit. so i did.
but i ask: WHAT'S THE FUCKING POINT OF PUTTING THAT SIGN UP WHEN YOU ARE UNWILLING TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT POOR SERVICE????
the stupid blonde at the front denied knocking at the 15 minute mark, and i clearly heard a knock. otherwise jasmine wouldn't have left the room. then she said that because the girl was booked and it was an oversight on her part there's nothing she could do about it.
krista if you care about your customers returning, then do something about it. i've had some good experiences there but this one nullifies my desire to return.
