Jasmine in 5% dilution

Please can anyone help me with this?
I bought Jasmine oil and then found out it is in 5% dilution.

Now my problem is, I had 10 penfriends when I was at school, and I wrote all the letters to them in my Maths lessons. Seemed quite a fun thing to do at the time, but now, as soon as I see a % sign, I go into brain meltdown and haven't a clue, so a bit late now, I am seeing the error of my mis spent youth!!

If I want to use this oil as part of a blend how will I do it please?
If I was using say 12ml carrier and 3 EOs, 2 drops of each, how many drops of this 5% dilution would I need if it was one of the EOs? Does that make sense?

I'm sure I have read somewhere that you use the same amount ? So for your blend 2 drops x

I agree with jojo - jasmine is really strong and will dominate pretty much anything, plus it is, like rose and neroli, hugely expensive, so for that reason use your 5% dilution as if it was full strength, and add a bit more if you need to once you've smelt your blend.

FYI - 5% means five parts in 100 - ie 100 ml would contain 5ml of jasmin and 95ml of base oil carrier, so 10 ml would have half a mil of jasmine.
