On Monday I decided I just had to check out this new downtown MP (366 Bay Street, 6th Floor). I was on my way to the go train around 6 p.m. and decided to stop by.

After 6 p.m. Bay Street is pretty dead, which is a good thing since the doors were locked and you have to get buzzed into the building. At first there was no answer and I was about to leave, but luckily for me someone was exiting the building and I was able to go in.

When the elevators open up on the 6th floor you are immediately in the reception area and there are two conservatively dressed ladies behind the desk.

At first I thought I might be at the wrong place, and the pricing schedule on the wall listed 5 or 6 different massages (Shiatsu, Aromatherapy, etc..) so I wasn't sure what to do.

I decided to just ask for a "massage" and play it by ear. I was escorted into a very nice room and told that the attendant would be in shortly.

Moments later I was introduced to three ladies. Jennifer, late 20's, 5'7 blonde hair, slim build with a nice set of man-made 34 or 36 D's, Lily a shorter, very slim, small bust lady of Hispanic(?) decent, mid 30's and a third lady (can't remember her name), large natural bust, dark hair, and little chunkier, early 20's.

Everyone except Jennifer was dressed like they would be at your typical MP. Jennifer was a bit more conservative. Nevertheless I chose Jennifer and had a GREAT time.

I found out that she use to work at Allure about 3 years ago. And since I've been to Allure a fair amount we talked about that for a while.

The massage itself was nice, not an RMT massage but a good mixture of teasing and relaxing.

The weird thing about this place is there is no fee structure and there was no discussion of $ with Jennifer. Rather I paid the $50 door fee for 30 minutes (I was asked how long I wanted to stay and quoted that fee by the front receptionist) and that was it.

Jennifer asked me to let her know what I liked and she would see what she could do.

At the end I tipped $120 because I had a great time, but never once was I asked for extra $$$. There discretion makes me question how much I should share publicly but if feel free to PM me if you like.

I'd love to know what others have paid, and what the standard rate should be. I always feel like I'm going to underpay.

East Bay Creek style service?

I once tipped $120 for service that was less than full, but that was the 5th visit to this MPA and she explained that the extra tipping was appreciated but not really necessary, as she was already doing everything she could do without getting fired.

I think it's safe to say she didn't lose any sleep about taking them amount she did.

R-I used to be a different handle with 10 posts to my name over the past 2 years. As you can see by the sign in, I'm starting over from scratch.

My experience was within standard MPA limits. I tipped $80. She does not quote a tip but asks you to pay what you think it was worth.

Probably makes more money that way, actually!

I'm having trouble picturing this location. Is 366 the Simpson Tower, just on the southeast corner of Queen?

Oh trust me I know I didn't underpay... but I hate the no pricing guidelines. You are right Cliffy, she probably does make a lot more $$ this was. The only problem with that is I would probably vist more frequently if it was actually listed.

In the end I guess it depends on how well you connect and what you feel the service is worth.

I've paid similar at HFH (actually it was a little less -- door fee is $10 cheaper and the "tip" was about $20 cheaper)... the I have to say I had a much better time.

YMMV, I guess.

I'm wondering how they'll handle being in an office building long-term. From my previous stints as an office worker, you tend to get to know the other tenants in the building fairly quickly.

Has there ever been another MP with this configuration (in downtown office building, elevator opens right into the lobby)?

I think calling first and booking is recommended. 30 min door fee is $50; tips are negotiable but seem to be in line with your average MP.

Having been an MPA, really, in all legal sense we can't set a specific price for a specific act, that is prostitution (setting a price for a sexual act) therefore, any MPA who wants to cover her butt is going to suggest you tip what you feel is approproate. And for saying it will usually get the girl overtipped, that is hardly the case. Lots of men will undertip if the "price list" is not spelled out for them.
