For all the good reviews of Jennifer, I am disappointed to have a very different experience.

We arranged to meet at 2.15 pm today for a massage session, at her location on wellington west of John.

I get there at 2.15, and she doesn't respond to txts, or phone calls. I finally get a few texts saying "eek we booked for 2.30" which was an absolute lie. She suggested 2.15 a few hours earlier herself. Meanwhile I hang around in the heat... in the hope she is decent.

To add to the frustration, she kept delaying "5 more mins plz" (her phone seems to be playing up too which makes calling her frustrating as she doesn't pick up... or she does selectively). Then, she adds in a text "I just got a call saying family member had a heart attack". Shortly after I receive no text from her as to whether she can still meet or not (I came all the way downtown, and normally I wouldn't put up with it, but if you invest so much time... one hopes).

I suspect she double booked or something. but she is clearly very unreliable. Anyone planning to see her, I suggest you make a contingency plan.

Really frustrating. She's clearly quite the liar when she chooses to be.

Unfortunately this seems to be Jennifer's biggest downfall. At least she admits to it. Sorry to hear but I'm sure she will make amends if you decide to give her another chance.

i had similar experiences with jennifer too. one time she was over 40 minutes late, another time she just no showed completely.

but if its true that a fam member had a heart attack, people should cut her some slack.

i haven't even read the thread or the posts because it is late. I came online because I just received an email that let me know I was being called out on an event that took place today.
I have every text message between the OP and myself in my phone.

I clearly said I was not free until 2:30. His first text saying that he had arrived was 15 minutes before our appointment time.

A very close friend of mine called me while I was cleaning my room between appointments today to tell me that his father had a heart attack. This man is family to me.

I was still going to meet the gentleman who I had a 2:30 appointment with but he was upset that he was waiting for 20 minutes (because he showed up early). He told me not to waste his time and I tried to keep things lighthearted despite the fact that I just got bad news...

I told him the truth of what I was just dealing with and he obviously thought it was bs. That is fine and I realize it may have sounded like a lie but it was not. I would never lie about something like that.

So I suggested it might not be a good day for us to meet because he was agitated - and I (though trying to honor our appointment) was in need of a few minutes of a breather so I could compose myself and do my best at giving him a stellar session despite the news I just got.

I am not a liar. Think whatever you will.... like I said - I haven't even read a word of the thread - just dealing with it now because it needs to be dealt with. I understand calling me out when I make a mistake - that's fair. Bt when I tell you something personal I would expect a certain level of respect. I could've handed you a random bs excuse that probably would've sounded way more believable but I chose to be honest.....

I am fine and able to work. The man who had the heart attack is in the hospital for the next two days but he's his same ol fiesty self. I was worried - and even though I was worried.... I would have hid the fact that I was upset if I wasn't being pressed to be ready 15 minutes prior to our set appointment time.

I'm not the best with punctuality - no doubt ..... but I did not lie to you today and our appointment was for 2:30pm. I have every single text between us on my phone still.

Way too much personal information for massageplanet.net.... but seeing the email from my client just now really hit a nerve. Call me out on anything you please but please do not call me a liar.

First of all this guy a customer and your are provide service, I think in this case you can just call and negotiate/re-schedule with guy, not just sent text and hung up. It's bad customer service!

There's always 2 sides to the story, If the client showed up early and expect everything to be ready for his sake, well it ain't. If Jennifer left that bad news and never replied afterwards, well it aint good either. The OP lost his appointment(and probably will not experience jennifer). Jennifer lost a potential client. Lose-Lose? We're in the 20th century. Don't expect everyone to bend over on customers' whim.

What actually happened

Jenn being late for an appointment is certainly plausible. And if that were the case, getting a text saying a family member had a heart attack would sound like a WTF excuse for the lateness.

OTOH, things happen beyond our control. And Jenn's commitment to go through with the session even after such devastating news seems admirable (although, personally, I'd rather reschedule if you're not going to necessarily be "all there")

I have no reason to doubt either party here, so I'm not going to be taking sides..

I'm sorry for the rambling post I made last night ~ I was tired and upset and my post sucked lol.

Basically I'm frustrated because 1 - he told me he was going to leave in 5 minutes and was upset so I suggested it was best we cancel. I was trying to make the gentleman happy and was rushing despite the fact that I wasn't late.

I only mentioned the family emergency after he said he was leaving. I only mentioned it to explain why I thought that between his agitation and the news I got ~ it would probably be better to cancel. It wasn't an excuse - I had no need to give an excuse.... I wasn't late. That was personal information that I would never expect someone to post on here....

When I make a 230 appointment, I don't expect you to arrive at 2:13. I reread all of our texts over and over ~ twice I clearly stated that I could be available at 2;30. I said 2:30 prior to giving out my location address. (and to the OP... I forwarded you those texts~ hopefully it will clarify your memory)

I don't double book, I don't over-book myself, and I leave a big gap in between every appointment because I know I tend to run overtime.


And in terms of my phone (lol) I got my new iPhone from Rogers yesterday (hurray) so no more crappy BB crashes to deal with It was supposed to arrive on Friday ~ my Blackberry was pretty-much on its deathbed lol.

I'm sorry to speak out _ but when someone runs to post on here and when things that are posted are inaccurate... it's not fair to us.

The OP just joined yesterday, and his one and only post is a complaint against Jennifer.

But for Jennifer confirming a misunderstanding, I would have chalked it up to poop-disturber trying to cause trouble.

But, something obviously happened leading to a disagreement. So I'm inclined now to think that it is a regular member who doesn't have the guts to post a negative review under his real handle. That tells me that he fancies himself to be a "nice guy" with the girls. That also tells me that he is known to girls by his handle.

Remember the days when a review was a review and guys didn't wear nametags to MPs?
