It is run by the same people who run Chinese Medical Massage on Elbow and Heritage. Kingsland has a number of young Asian women who do an excellent massage for $70 an hour, but definitely no happy ending. I recommend the location and the service highly. Right now they dont have showers but plan to build them. If you know Lillian from Medical, she seems to be the manager here.

Can confirm that this is the same Lillian who still answers the phone umpteen times during a massage and leaves the room several times as she juggles various tasks. Insufficient focus on the customer already on the table. Noticed another masseuse, very plain looking. Gave this new location a try thinking service would be better, but it is not. Lack of shower is also a negative.

Lillian and Jasmine are co owners with additional therapists, Mandy, Daisy, Alice, and a new one from Vancouver arriving this next week. Definitely legit without any specials. The other therapists are also good, especially Mandy with wonder hands and touch.
Lillian definitely needs to have someone asnwer the phones and do the scheduling. She still has use of the 8708 Elbow Dr. location but not associated with the massage on 4331 Macleod Trail.
The 4331 Macleod Trail is owned by Lily, the former owner of the Elbow Dr. location. Lily has Ellen and Lucy. Both Lily and ellen give great massages but definitely no specials but well worth the time and money.

Lets put this one to rest they are legit. I have been there 4 times and on my last visit straight up asked, and was told we are not allowed to touch that hah. Great massage though!

They aren't. Pretty well every Asian massage place in the city is run by Asian gangs.

They do have front "owners" though.... you never know.

It is obviously an assumption being made here for sure. On the other hand, lots of businesses don't "smell of asian gang trouble" (they try very hard not to). The fact is that cash businesses like massage (legit or otherwise), hair salons, and nail salons are all perfect for laundering money. That is why they get labelled as gang affiliated, even though they may not be.

We now know that no happy endings are offered at Kingsland. Any new info is welcome. Keep assumptions out of here.

They just keep teasing teasing you until you realize there are no extras to be had. For some it takes 3 to 4 tries for others more and all the while they make money.

What we have at this place is a bunch of young women working very hard to provide reasonably priced legit massage services to clients in a nice environment and to make a living for themselves. Nothing more, nothing less.

After reviewing the comments about this place I deceided to go see for myself. Nice professional looking business. I didn't look like the staff were under any kind of pressure.
I was met by a lady by the name of Mandy. Short and very well put together.
Asked for 1/2 hour session.
1/2 way through the session I asked about extras and she was very evasive.
The session ended. The massage was very good and she sure worked out the kinks. If I wanted just a massage I wouldn't hesitate to book an appointment with her. Very soft warm hands and knows how to use them.
