Late Start on the Incall Rant

So I am sitting in the Lobby of a downtown hotel, trying to look like one of the guests. I am 10-minutes early. I call the agency to check in and say RedLight is in position and ready to proceed. They tell me they will call when she is ready. So my time hits and no call. I call in and say my session is starting and I am not in the room yet. OK we will check and call you right back. 10-minutes later, We are sorry but the guy in front of you had some trouble and got there 15-minutes late. WTF. This happens way too much. Buddies get to your appointment early. Now the agency doesn't want to piss the irresponsible guy off and they do the good guy thing and accomodate but the guy waiting in line gets no respect for being there. He has made arrangements to be there at that very time and place. The agency then has to either rush the next guy out or back up the whole lineup of calls pissing off more than one person and the only happy guyis the first A-hole who shows up late in the first place. It is best to be the first guy in line. This happens all the time. I think if you are late, you deal with a shorter session and pay for the whole time. There that feels better. RL

How does it work with bookings?, don't you guys give 15-10 gap between bookings?. Would love to know how it works.

BTW: When ever I am late I assume it comes off my time not the next dude that has the next appointment.

Rest time between bookings is different for each girl. Some ladies only require 15 minutes while others require 30 minutes.

The problem here is both late and early clients.

My little rant about clients if you may because it may help you in the future.

Don't show up early. Plain and Simple. Call at the appointment time. Time for us does not start until you are in the apartment. So if you are booking with reputable places, this should not be an issue.

Call for the info from your car. NOT THE LOBBY. You are such a heat score when you do that.

Time paid for is time paid for. If you are late, you still get your time. If it can not be done because you are way to late, then you get no service period. At the very most, you may get bumped out 5 minutes early, but generally that is because the guy is done and the he knows he was late so he is leaving early.

We never take a client more then 15 minutes late for an appointment with a phone call.
We never take a client more then 7 minutes late for an appointment without a phone call.

Your wait time is not always because the other client was late either. If you visit a 2 or 3 bedroom location, you have to remember that the appointment times are off set from each other so that you don't cross clients on your way in or out.

Juggling a schedule is very difficult. It is the responsibility of each client to make sure they are ON time, not before or after. I agree that arriving a little early is good. Find your parking etc. But don't call up until the appointment time and stay in your car until you get the all clear.

Thank you SR for your reply. It is invaluable to get feedback like yours. Helps to understand the perspective from the other side of the Hobby Phone. I can appreciate the difficulty in scheduling a multi girl multi visit schedule. Never really thought about that "Off Setting "scheduling consideration. It would be a turn off to cross swords with another naked guy in the hallway. Hope the agencies can understand that we are clients and we have schedules to arrange too. Building a good client/agency relationship is about mutual respect. Also point noted about being a"Heat Source in the Lobby. Me bad. SR sounds like a professional well run agency. RedLight

When I am told to wait I walk. Finding out by accident the last guy just left totally ruins the session for me. The agencys and the girls need to be disciplined that you simply cannot ask people to wait. I used DM all the time until Ron started doing this to me. The late guy needs to be told he is a hh guy now and if he doesn't like it get lost. Of course the agency will try to keep both clients happy but they need to think the second guy will walk if I do this.

The worst thing is when they let high rollers bump or guys extend right up to your time and expect you to put up with it. It is intolerable and I will dump and agency or a girl if they pull that stuff.

Great topic....I am wondering.....out where you guys are are you allowed to shower prior to calls? In Vic here I am able to book my incall sessions and am allowed to show 5 -10 mins early(with call of course) and have a pre session rinse. And this is not included in my session time.....And I have never "Crossed swords" with another client while in the incall.....lol....

Dude that is so civilized. In Toronto the shower is on the clock so we can't be grooming the love package too long. You know that extra 5-10 minutes could be the differance in 1sog or 2.

Here's my solution: the late offender gets his time cut short so everything stays on schedule, but also gets a minor discount to placate him. Say he booked a full hour @ 240 and shows up 15 mins late - cut the rate to 220 or 200, discount split between girl and agency.

This may cut revenue slightly in the short term, but I guarantee customer satisfaction goes through the roof and the agency gets a rep for dependability and repeat business.
