And what licence is that. Most businesses re: Restaurants, Hair Salon, Nail places etc all need a municipal licences. Not sure if Ontario will issue any of these business licences.

He’s referring to the Master Business License. This just is a registration of a business. It doesn’t mean it can do whatever wherever.

Ontario Business REgistration is just that - a business registration. You do not have to display this.

To operate certain types of business you need a specific licence for that. You have to display this in a visible area.

Yes, even with the licence, it does spell out what you can and cannot do. But at least you are now a licenced establishment
