I was in the area today and noticed that quite a few of the mps have closed down. It is a busy area. Are Ken and krayjee doing that good of a job that the other places can not compete?

York Region is probably the hardest place to open a spa IMO. Reason being your clients will most likely have an access to a car since public transit service sucks in York Region. Having said that, people don't mind drive a bit to find better catch.

Heard the landlord is not renewing leases as they come due. No idea how accurate this is. Just passing along info i received from a girl that works at one of the spas there.
