Just looked at the Calgary forum and some of the ads. Depressed the hell outa me. One gets used to their environment and starts taking things for granted.

I've been on Phuket island in South Thailand since mid December. Reading the forums and reviews made me realize once more just how lucky I have it. I am in no hurry to return to Calgary

BTW If you find a good Thai massage practitioner that can take you through the stretches, hold on to them. The problem here is that many of the massage practioners tend to be small women, too small to be able to offer a real deep massage.

There is something to be said for getting a massage on the beach while you are watching the fishing boats come back in after catching your dinner.
