Looking for Masseotherapist (receipt) that also gives extras

So I just found out that my company will pay for a certain amount of legitimate massage should I decide to get some. The only requirements for the claim are that it is a registered massage therapist and that there is a receipt.

So I am looking for a place that offers legitimate massage by licensed masseuse, but one that will also allow me to buy an extra as well. I assume the extras are tips and won't be on my receipt, but that would be fine as long as the rest was.

Anyone else in the same situation that knows of a good place for this sort of thing?

most if not all mp places provides receips for the insurance, they have to, in order to operate, they have at least one license mp thats whose name appears on the receipts... further nothing illegal about getting a massage if in the event a place got busted for whatever, the receipt makes it legit enought for you

Anyways...the only danger is if you happen to be there at the time of the bust and are doing something illegal. Once you're out of there..they cant do anything.

Your name doesn't have to be on the receipt. The association or federation care about the signiture and the insurance company is interested in the name and the number of the therapist and the amount they have to give you. The part with your name and adress can be completed by you at home (privacy).
