Lulu Villa - Fifi

Was planning to go to Green Apple to see Angela, but since she wasnt available decided to stop by Lulu Villa. The entrance is a bit wired as you have to stand outside the main door for someone to let you in. In any case Fifi let me in. Fifi is a cute girl about 5'5 C cup and looks about 28. She started off with a great massage which lasted about 15 mins. After that i was asked to flip and offered standard menu. She was insistent on a BS so i tried that out. Fifi is very skilled giving a great BS. She was open to some LFk but thats really not my thing at an MP so i didnt participate. I requested my fav titty finish, she happily obliged so i left pretty happy.

They are located on shepperd/kennedy between midland and kennedy. Right next to the go train station. The girls over there aren't that good. I went there to see the girls when they had grand opening. I'm not sure about now. 1 girl has big breast and she was average look. The other 1 not that good. Should go and try and find out.

Agree with the entrance, waiting outside while they open the door is really not discrete especially that area of Sheppard gets quite busy.....been there only once, sorry, absolutely does not recall her name but her BS was quite good, she said she was Japanese but when I did speak speak Jap to her, she went totally blank...hehehe....overall not bad for me

Agree, they should unlock the door. The rush hour traffic can be pretty thick there. Also there's a restaurant at the other end of the building. Actually it's a not a bad restaurant. I order first and tell them I'll be back in half an hour. Can/do they guess where I'm going? maybe. Do I care? not really. Same thing at Green Leaf (or Fujiyama), Glen Watford and Sheppard. It's great when there's a Chinese restaurant and an asian MP in the same plaza. Kill two birds with one stone.

Went last night and was led to a room by the girl who opened the front door and negotiated 60 minutes and the bs before the deed and paid up front as asked to. I asked if she was going to provide the massage and she said yes but if I wanted to choose that would be no problem. She called a couple of other girls into the room and I chose Miki who was a taller slender girl. About 5' 6" and not bad looking.

The first girl seemed good with this and did not mind. All three left and Miki came back within 5 minutes and proceeded to give me a not bad massage for about 40 minutes. When it came time to turn over she asked me what I wanted. I figured wtf and asked her what she meant. She repeated and I now got pissed and asked her if the other girl did not tell her about the bs and how I already paid up front. She mumbled something about not getting a sufficient cut and now I was really pissed. I told her to call the other girl and we would settle it once and for all. She suddenly changed her tune and said if I paid for a bs then that is what I would get and she proceeded to strip down.

The bs was okay but I was not in the mood. I get really pissed when they think I have a big "L" on my forehead and they can rip me off. Not sure if I would go back - definitely not with Miki.

I saw Cathy here a few days ago. Average massage, average finish. C-cup and friendly enough but rushed. I was in and out in 25 minutes and that included the time spent waiting in the lobby. Steady stream of customers and they were always busy with at least one guy waiting in the lobby. Probably won't repeat with Cathy only because of her rush job.

Oh, and like the other reviews have said, the front door is locked and you have to wait outside for someone to let you in.

Someone else said she's the manager which I think is correct. Apparently a number of customers have tried claiming this place for their insurance and the insurance companies have called Lulu Villa with a lot of questions and requiring a lot of paperwork. I have no idea if anyone has succeeded.

Was planning on going somewhere else, but she was busy and I didn't have time to wait so ended up seeing Cathy at Lulu this afternoon instead. She's friendly, as has been mentioned and a bit rushed, as has been mentioned. A little restrictive on touching. The receptionist was out, so she had to take frequent phone calls and had to leave a couple times, which was a little annoying. The massage wasn't bad. Afterwards, I asked about the hot wax treatment I had last time but apparently they don't do that in the summer, unless you ask for it. Overall it was ok, but I won't repeat soon. Damage, $40 + $40.

This area of Toronto / Agincourt is going to get swept by the cops, as the federal (Liberal) MPP, Jim Karigannis, is promising to clean up all massage parlours. This would explain all the police walking by Lulu rather than a big police car parking in front.

Visited Lulu Spa last Monday. No problem accessing the place...front door to lobby open...comfortable reception area. Massage room was clean and quiet...fresh towel and table sheet.

Fifi very attractive attendent gave me mememorable massage, full 30 minutes...didn't rush me out the door when my time was up. Hot body...C cup for sure...real soft skin and an inviting warm smile. Massage itself was nothing to complain about either...obviously, well trained. Guess her age would be mid-twenties. Well worth the $40 + $40!! Door to staff room open on the way out...saw a couple of other good looking girls there. Offered candy and water on the way out...nice touch.

All-in-all, well worth the visit...a comeback trip real soon for sure.
