113 mentions pornography traffiking and 119 mentions prostitution.
Any way, they are not Law, it's Tijuanas ordinances, meaning they are not crimes, but an act that pays a fine.

I know someone who went to jail for possession. He actually had one or two poloroids from a floor show in a bar where the girls took the guys pants down...Now after he saw the judge he paid the bail or whatever it was called, but he judge gave him one day or $36 I believe.

I have known the police to have guys erase their pics on digital cameras. I know that taking pics on the street is frowned on, but not sure what the law is. Just because the police say that it is against the law does not make it true. Even at that, if you are caught doing it you will be hassled and put in an uncomfortable situation. Be interesting to see what a judge would have to say about a guy having a fully clothed picture of a working girl standing against the wall in her natural work place.

I don't know of anyone filming the chicas in the zona, however I'm sure it takes place. I use to take a lot of pictures of the bar chicas, and SGs, and sometimes I set the camera on video mode, but I don't think that counts.

But taking pictures is easy, most BGs outside of CC and AB will allow you too, SGs usually don't like their pictures taken, but I'd say at least 40 percent will allow it, especially if you offer more money.

Yes don't take pictures in public as you could get arrested or lose your camera, and almost all bars won't let you take pictures inside, and will take your camera away, however I have been allowed to take pictures in Hong Kong, as I'm a good customers, however I have also been warned by management to cut it out.

If you are caught with naked chica pictures by the TJ police, expect to pay a bribe, that's what they are after. I wouldn't pay over $40 dollars, and if I just had pictures of girls with cloths on, I wouldn't pay anything, unless they threatened to put me in back of the car, then I'd pay $20 dollars to get them out of my hair.

Yes, there are tons of sex shops all over Mexico that sell porno.
This is the weird part: Pornography can be sold in Mexico, but domestic porno is illegal.
Though some local ordinances prohibit the distribution and the production of pornography (nothing about posession) federal law permits the sale of pornographic material.
Posession is not deamed illegal, but the cops can push that you are peddeling porno, selling, making, filming without a permit and, here comes the best part, they can tell the judge a bunch of stupid things like there are minors in the film/pictures.
While things clear up, you'll be in jail for a couple of days.....

Let's start with a disclaimer: I haven't discussed pornography with a Mexican attorney.

Like others, I believe Mexico has strong laws against pornography. I personally would be hesitant to do/possess anything pornographic.

However, I know a couple of places (such as the sex shop near Office Depot on the Via Rapida) that sell what appear to be pornographic movies. (Since I haven't bought any I can't be sure if they live up to their cover jackets.)

There was a video on U tube that some dude filmed. It was SG's in the alley but U tube took it off the site. I think there is still some fooeforum.xxxe of AB and HK bar........Everytime you film there is a risk......I have seen guys in AB with backpacks paying some of the girls extra to film a session with them. I even had chicas ask me if I want pictures for 20.00 extra. I never take the risk. If you get caught by the cops you could go to jail or face heavy bribes as it is illegal to have pornography in Mexico. I believe if you are filming the SG's or any other gals with clothes it is not illegal( dont know if you are inside the bars if it is because it is private property)

In Mexico, any video or pictures found on you that includes naked people is considered pornography till proven the opposite.
It doesn't matter if it is consentual or bought at a Mexican flea market, pornography in any of it's modes is illegal in Mexico and your ass will be hauled to a federal judge for his final decision.
Of course in the long run "personal and private material" will predominate and on the long run (48-72 hours) you will be let free, but not till they try to push on you "international human trafficking", "child pornography", "a suspect of pedophilic doings" and by the way, exhibit you to the local and Mexican national media as a "dirty rat" that tried to peddle his stuff in the streets of TJ.
Of course after 48-72 hours detention they will let you go since you are only guilty of taking pictures of a filthy whore.
And they will let you go with no "Oh! am sorry, my mistake" coming from them.

If you are talking about filming your session, I am pretty sure that is illegal. I am positive the police would have lots of fun with you if you had recorded sex acts with your camera.

I would suggest only take it if you don't mind losing it.
