A BSO arrest report states that Dhondup believed the school owed him a “refund for previous education” and he has had issues with the school since February.
Deputies said when he called on Tuesday, he told an employee “he could ‘pull a pin’ and ‘blow up this school,’” causing the employee fear that the threat was legitimate.
The arrest report states that deputies went to Dhondup’s home in the 8600 block of Sutton Drive at around 5:45 p.m. and arrested him on charges of threatening to discharge a destructive device and use of a two-way communications device in the commission of a felony.
Jail records show Dhondup was being held on a $12,500 bond at the BSO Main Jail as of Wednesday afternoon. He additionally had an immigration hold, though his arrest report does not specify his nationality.
