Toronto Police have arrested one man and are hunting a second they say is wanted in eight knife-point robberies targeting women who worked at massage parlours or spas.
Investigators say the incidents, which took place in February and March, saw a man enter massage parlours and spas posing as a client.
In each case, victims were forced into a chokehold and then had a knife held to their throats as the man demanded money and, in some cases, their personal belongings.
The robber then took off on foot.
